Corona infection can be treated with the help of another medicine

Scientists from all over the world are currently trying to find the bite of the coronavirus (COVID-19). In this exercise, scientists have seen the possibility of competing against corona in another existing medicine. They claim that drugs used to help relieve alcohol addiction may be effective against Corona. The disease can be treated with the help of these medicines.

According to researchers at the Russian National Research University Higher School of Economics, with the help of these potential drugs, structural elements of the coronavirus can be absorbed in the treatment. In a study published in the journal Mendeleev Communications, researchers said that a protein called M-Pro has an important role in replicating the coronavirus. By curbing this ability, replication of the corona inside the body can be completely stopped. This dangerous virus infects human cells in this way.

The severity of the virus can be reduced

The drug was tested with drugs approved by the American Food and Drug Administration to get rid of alcohol addiction. Researchers reported that commonly used drugs to relieve alcohol addiction were found to be effective in combating corona in two ways. This can reduce symptoms as well as reduce the severity of the virus. He said that more research needs to be done regarding these drugs. Earlier studies have also revealed the treatment of coronavirus with many existing drugs.

Corona's havoc continues across the world

Please tell that Corona is playing havoc all over the world. Its first case was reported in December last year in Wuhan, China. Since then about one crore 90 lakh people have been infected all over the world and seven lakh people have died. America has been the most affected by this. So far, about 50 lakh cases have been reported here and about one lakh 60 thousand people have died.

Corona vaccine found to be effective in tests on mice

The Corona vaccine from the American company Moderna has proved successful in testing on mice. Tests on mice in a clinical trial of Moderna's vaccine found that it protects against virus infection. According to the findings published in the journal Nature, neutrophizing antibodies in mice when given two doses of 1-microgram (MCG) as intramuscular injection.

MCG injections were given to mice in additional experiments. Research has found that immunity persisted for seven weeks after taking a single dose of a possible corona vaccine or 10 mg of mRNA-1273 in mice.

This vaccine was protected against viral replication in the lungs in mice. NIAID Vaccine Research Center scientists worked with investigators at the University of Texas to identify the atomic structure of the spike protein on the surface of the virus.

Strong CD8 T-cells were developed

Vaccines have been found to produce strong CD8 T-cells in mice. It does not induce the type of cellular immune response that is associated with vaccine-associated respiratory disease. They stated that this rare, allergic-type inflammation was seen in the 1960s in individuals vaccinated with a whole inactivated respiratory synchrosial virus (RSV) vaccine.

Tedros said that sharing a vaccine or sharing other devices really helps the world recover together. Economic recovery can occur rapidly and corona may reduce losses. He said that nationalism about vaccine is not good, it will not help us. Tedros said on Monday that the coronavirus is the largest health emergency since the early 20th century, but the discovery of the vaccine is unprecedented.

Significantly, when asked by WHO emergency director Michael Ryan about a proposed Russian vaccine, he told the panel that the results of the trial would be needed to make any vaccine safe and effective. He said that no country will be safe till we are all safe. Ryan also said that authorities should be able to demonstrate the coronavirus vaccine to be effective through clinical trials rather than human challenge studies.
