America's biggest infectious disease specialist Anthony Fauci claimed this in an interview to news agency Reuters. He said that the corona vaccine will come out next year i.e. by early 2021. Along with this, he claimed that by the beginning of next year, there are likely to be millions of doses of Corona vaccine.

Along with this, he hoped that with the help of the vaccine, we will be able to defeat and overcome the coronavirus, which has so far killed more than 7 lakh people worldwide. Significantly, the US Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar said last month that the US will have millions of vaccine supplements by early 2021.

Fauci said that the target of the vaccine dose would be met by next year as the pharmaceutical manufacturer is preparing for its rapid manufacture for a large supply of vaccines. So that time can be saved. Fauci said that amid clinical trials there are indications that at least one vaccine will work and will be developed by the end of this year. He said that I am optimistic that we will have a vaccine, which will be effective against Corona.

Indian company Zydus Cadila Corona vaccine succeeds in first phase, second phase of human trails started from today

Vaccine searches are continuing all over the world to avoid the havoc of the Coronavirus, but so far no significant success has been achieved. Indian companies are making every effort to make the Corona vaccine. Meanwhile, there is good news that Indian pharmaceutical company Zydus Cadila is starting the second phase of human trials of its covid-19 vaccine.

Pharmaceutical company Zydus Cadila said the first phase of its proposed covid-19 vaccine 'Zykov-D' has been completed and now the company will start its second phase of clinical trials on August 6. The company said that in the first phase of clinical trials, Zykov-D was found to be safe and tolerable. The company will now start Phase II clinical trials from 6 August 2020.

Zydus Cadila Chairman Pankaj R Patel said that the safety of Zykov-D is a significant step in the first stage drug which has been achieved. He said that in the first phase, the people who were medically tested, were given complete care in the medical unit for 24 hours after giving the medicine. They were then monitored for seven days in which the vaccine was found completely safe. "Now we are going to start the second phase of clinical trials and its strength will be evaluated in large population to prevent this drug and produce immunity."

Zydus Cadila received permission from the domestic authority last month to test human vaccines prepared for the treatment of covid-19. The country is the second Indian pharmaceutical company in the world to receive the trial permission from the government amid growing cases of Coronavirus infection.

Earlier, India Biotech was allowed to test India's first Covid-19 vaccine 'Covaxin'. Bharat Biotech, in collaboration with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the National Institute of Virology, has designed the vaccine to be potentially useful in the treatment of coronavirus.

Trial of Corona vaccine, the health of those volunteers who have been tested will now be investigated

Bharat Biotech's corona vaccine will be tested on Thursday on the health of volunteers who have been tested by Rana Hospital. After this, he will be called again on the seventh day. Meanwhile, if she is fully recuperated, a second dose will be given on the 15th day. The hospital management is continuously monitoring the health of volunteers over the phone. He is also given a diary. Every day volunteers are also writing their health related information.

In collaboration with ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research), AIIMS, India has started trial of Covaxin for Biotech Corona at 12 centers across the country. It also includes Rana Hospital in Gorakhpur. The hospital management had vaccinated eight volunteers on 31 July. Volunteers were under the supervision of doctors for four hours after vaccination. He was allowed to go home due to lack of health complaints.

After this, information about his health is being taken on the phone every day. No volunteer has reported any health problems so far. The hospital management has also given him a diary. On this, volunteers have to write their health information every day. Meanwhile, if they have any problem like sneezing, cold, cold, cough, fever or headache, then they have to note in the diary according to the day. Hospital management volunteers have been called on Thursday for a health check-up on completion of seven days.

Hospital has received 70 volunteers so far

Rana Hospital needs 100 volunteers for the trial of the corona vaccine of two companies. For this, the hospital is running with a target of 125. Applications have been sought on the website for volunteers. So far, 70 people have applied.

How long will the corona vaccine come and how effective will it be?

The number of corona infections worldwide has reached 1.87 million, while the death toll has crossed seven lakh. The countries most affected by this epidemic include the US, Brazil, India, Russia and South Africa. While in India, more than 50-50 thousand cases are coming in just 24 hours, in Brazil, in the last 24 hours, 57,152 new cases of corona have been reported and 1,437 people have died. Although the death toll in India is very low, because people are recovering quickly here. Every day about 5900 people are dying from this epidemic i.e. 247 people every hour i.e. every 15 seconds it is killing one person. In such a situation, the world is in dire need of a vaccine to deal with it.

Anthony Fauchi, a well-known infectious disease specialist in the US regarding the corona vaccine, says that there may be millions of doses of corona vaccine early next year. He said that with the news of vaccine coming soon, it seems that things are under our control and the process of vaccination is positive.

However, Dr. Fauchi has not fully believed the Corona vaccine. He said that it cannot be guaranteed and despite the vaccine, I do not think that we will be able to completely eliminate this virus.

A senior UK government advisor has indicated that the Corona vaccine will become available by the end of 2020 or 2021. According to Sir Jeremy Ferrar, director of the Wellcome Trust, a charity associated with the health sector, First Generation currently has five vaccines, which are going to be available. However, he also says that the first generation vaccine is not going to solve the problem.

The World Health Organization has expressed doubts over the vaccine

Recently, the World Health Organization (WHO) director general Tedros Adhanom Gibrios said in a statement regarding the coronavirus and its vaccine that at the moment there is no precise and sure cure for this virus and it may be Is it ever? In spite of this, scientists from all over the world are busy in making the vaccine.

Novavax has made a happy claim

Novavax, a US vaccine company, has claimed that their vaccine NVX-CoV2373 is capable of killing the coronavirus and will also produce high levels of antibodies in the body to prevent corona attack in the future. Currently, the third or the last trial of the last phase of this vaccine is going on, which will be over by the end of September. The company claims that in 2021, they will make 100–200 crore doses of the vaccine.

The new drug RLF-100 proved effective in the treatment of Covid-19

Houston Methodist Hospital has reported the rapid recovery of patients with ventilators using this drug. NeuroX and Relief Therapeutics have developed this drug together. According to a statement by the drug maker NeuroX, independent researchers reported that avipetadil prevents replication of the SARS corona virus in human lung cells and monocytes.

The 54-year-old man, who was hit by covid-19, withdrew from the ventilator within four days of using this drug after becoming seriously ill. Apart from this, similar results of treatment were seen on more than 15 patients.

Professor Jonathan Javitt, CEO and President of NeuroX, said, "No other anti-viral agent showed such a rapid recovery rate from viral infection."
